Sea buckthorn fruits are used for the production of vitamin-rich nutrients and are popular in colder months in particular, thanks to their high levels of vitamins. The oil extracted from the sea buckthorn fruit is a high-quality plant oil with a unique combination of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids, and vitamins. It has a characteristic fruity, oily taste. Its natural carotenoids lend sea buckthorn oil its intense reddish orange colour.               

Ingredients: Carotenoids 10.1 - 40.9 mg / 100 g, Vitamin P (75 - 100 mg), Vitamin E (5 - 15 mg), Vitamin K (1 - 1.2 mg), Vitamin B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin).        

Consumption recommendation: Refinement of the food, especially raw vegetable salads, also in combination with other vegetable oils. Adults take one teaspoon (3 gr) three times a day with meals.          

This is not to be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.
